I. Overview:
   
DRPL-II thermal conductivity tester (plate heat flow meter method) adopts the internationally popular heat flow meter to detect the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance method, with a computer to achieve automatic detection, and generate an experimental report. The instrument uses a stable hot surface temperature on one side of the sample, and the heat is transferred to the cold surface (room temperature) through the sample. The transferred heat flux is measured to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance.
This test method is simple, fast, and repeatable. 2. Measurement accuracy: 3% (domestic heat flow meter); 1% (imported heat flow meter);

6, hot surface temperature and control: room temperature -199.9 ℃ (standard configuration), room temperature-499.9 ℃, higher temperatures can be determined according to user requirements. Flat heater, bidirectional thyristor control, temperature control accuracy 0.1 ℃
7, cold surface temperature and control: 0-99.9 ℃ (standard configuration), -10-99.9 ℃, lower temperature can be determined according to user requirements. The cold surface adopts water cooling to ensure the stable temperature of the cold surface (precision constant temperature water tank, temperature adjustable), and the temperature control accuracy is 0.1 ℃.
8. The whole process uses a computer to automatically test and store and print experimental data.
